Senior Production Designer → Production Design Manager
Established and scaled Production Design as a discipline for the Brand Design team.
Helped lead a brand refresh by providing art direction and guidance to the branding agency in order to land elements such as typography, color and layout.
Led the creation and implementation of the Strava Design Template Library (Brand Design System) — a Figma library comprised of colors, type styles, patterns and layout templates for ads, email and social.
Took over design for Strava’s “What’s New” program and helped scale it across multiple channels and markets, leading to increased product feature awareness and engagement, perceived subscription value, and brand loyalty.
Collaborated with designers and writers to design, build and localize assets for all phases of global marketing campaigns, including ads, emails, social, blog and landing pages.
Art directed and reviewed work by external agencies and partners to ensure quality and maintain brand standards.
